Winter Carnival

Join us from 12 noon – 5 pm for some “frozen” fun as Newport News Parks & Recreation celebrates with a Winter Carnival! Centered around a 4000+ square foot synthetic ice rink, the event will feature elements such as carnival games, face painting, candy apple treats, crafts, a hot chocolate bar, photo ops and a live DJ! Skates, games, activities, parking and admission are all free. Food vendors ($) will be on site selling delicious food and tasty treats.
