Winter Carnival

Join us from Noon – 5 pm for some “frozen” fun as Newport News Parks & Recreation celebrates with a Winter Carnival! Centered around a 4000+ square foot synthetic ice rink, the event will feature two exhilarating carnival rides, games, inflatables and more! Parking and admission is free to all. Food vendors ($) will be on site selling delicious food and tasty treats.
